I am the owner of a 2017 BMW X6 35i (it's a pricey model to maintain, but I love it) and was seeking an alternative to the BMW Store. I got tired of having to deal with their salesy service department (Jeremy was my rep). Their proclivity to exaggerate the wear of certain components and the "need" to replace them irritated me. I did a AI-powered Google search for a highly-rated, well-reviewed shop with BMW-certified service in the Cincinnati area. Overbeck was among the top of the list. I phoned Overbeck and they referred me to Eurauto for my particular needs. I phoned Eurauto and made an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tim, a seasoned, pleasant, modest, well-mannered gentleman, who was reassuring. The premises suggested a well-run operation, the office was tidy, the bays were clean and organized. So far, I am very pleased and will continue as a client.

The guys at Eurauto were amazing and took care of my Lotus Elise like it was their own. From mounting and balancing tires that I had shipped in, bleeding brakes and prepping the car for a fun season, along with recharging AC in my ~20 yr old car. The guys were a lot of fun to talk to, where most had motorsports experience. They brought meticulous level of detail in their work including verifying OE torque specs on fasteners. I'll be coming back when my car needs service again.

One of the most efficient meticulous car services I have experienced. Customer service is always kind and knowledgeable. They have always been able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner. If needed, they have a car for the customer use while your car is being serviced! Not many places provide that top notch service. Every person I have encountered at Eurauto is soft spoken and reassuring. Honestly, pretty silly not to have your car serviced there!

This business is legit. They give you their honest opinion without feeling like they are pushing you into a decision, present you with multiple options, and in my first two experiences with them were also great communicators. They give great tips on maintenance both for work that they would benefit from (regular auto service work) as well as longevity tips for things that bring them no income but keep your car running longer. They completed a full engine replacement (broken valve) and assisted sourcing a great used engine option that fit my budget and had relatively low mileage, and are both personable and professional at each touch point with the customer, that being myself. Give them a chance, it’s great shop of both mechanics and front of house managers, thanks Eurauto!

Had some wheel locks that were damaged and stuck on my M4 and they were willing to help me get them off. Super nice guys. Highly recommend
