We started taking our vehicles to Eurauto a few years ago & I have been very happy with their service. Not only are they able to complete my repairs in a timely manner, they also will provide a loaner vehicle if necessary. As a woman, I have had other shops try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I am confident that Tim & his team are always honest about repairs that are needed. I recommend them 100%

My older BMW was leaking coolant and smelling of fuel. I called ahead to make a diagnostic appointment so we could see what was going on with the fuel smell and where the coolant was leaking. They didnt give me a set appointment time and told me I could bring it by whenever that day. I arrived around 9-10am and headed over to the coffee shop next door to wait for my car to be checked. I didnt receive any updates by 2pm so I called them to check on my car and there was no info they could provide because they hadn't even started checking it yet. I let the employee on the phone know it wasnt a big deal because I was just getting some work done at the coffee shop next door. He let me know the coffee shop closes at 3pm and he would reach back out to me to see if they could arrange for a loaner for me. 2:45pm comes around and no contact from the shop at this point so I called to ask about the loaner and it wasnt going to work out. No problem I can Uber or, at this point in the day, have my husband pick me up. After the coffee shop closes, I head over to just get an estimate on time so I know if I should Uber somewhere in the area or go home and come back to get it another day. My car is sitting out front and the employee at the desk tells me he had them put it back together because I was going to need it at 3pm when the coffee place closed. I told him that I never once even indicated that was the case and would be perfectly capable of finding transportation. He told me that I got the hour I paid for anyway, they werent able to find the reason for the fuel smell and if I wanted to leave it with them longer and give them more time they would look further. At this point, I was frustrated with the lack of communication and inability to diagnose so I told them I'd be taking my car and leaving. I get 2min down the road and get a phone call from them that my car is NOT put back together all the way, that there was a miscommunication between the desk employee and the mechanic and I needed to come back so they could reattach the panel piece for my interior door pull. Overall, not a pleasant experience. No new information on my car and terrible communication throughout the entire appointment. I went across the river to Bavarian Motor Service shortly after and they IMMEDIATELY found a leak in the fuel lines and replaced them. I will only be taking my BMW there or the dealership from now on. I will not be returning to Eurauto!

I absolutely trust these guys to give me an honest evaluation of my 2008 Saab's issues, and recommended solutions, at a fair price. They're personable and really good about having my car ready when expected. Highly recommend them.

Brought my “new to me” BMW in with several issues which they promptly diagnosed. Customer service was excellent and they know their stuff. Hopefully I won’t need them again but they will be my first choice if I do!
