We just moved to the Cincinnati area and during our move, our car started smoking pretty badly. Our Mini Cooper came into the shop as soon as we arrived to town and we were all worried that it was the head gasket and it ended up being a simpler fix than that. We got it back much quicker than anticipated! Robert called us to get everything authorized ahead of having the work done, which was amazing and appreciated. We love the atmosphere of the shop and friendliness of the mechanics. We will be telling everyone we know about this shop. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you Jake and Robert!

Tim and his team are top notch. They did an excellent job fixing my Audi. The price was fair and discussed up front. The service was done on time with no difficulties. Thank you Eurauto for getting me back into my car quickly.

They mess my car up an do not want to be responsible to fix I don’t take your car there please they will say it’s not there fault an then my car was ransacked why there at there facility

Great, friendly staff. Always able to squeeze me in for a last minute oil change before a long trip. They know my wife and I by name and the cars we drive. I go out of my way to bring my vehicles here.

Enjoyed the service rec'd on my 20 year old BMW M Roadster...at first review of the bill felt there was an overcharge. After closer review I had made a mistake and the charge was legitimate (my bad), my apologies to Tim. Both Dave and Tim seem very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as ordered with a courtesy call for authorization concerning other issues found. A complete list of items that should be scheduled in the future was a printed list with prices noted (great for budgeting future repairs needs) The shop is clean and organized with a great location, within walking distance to my home in Mariemont. Labor cost are both fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend
