Great as always!

We went to Eurauto after it was recomnended to us. They are a complete sevice company. They even found replacement mirrors with matching housings for our 10 year old auto after it had been vandalized. They are honest. We were going to fix up an older car and had a $1,000.00 budget for the work. Dave put the car on the rack, examined it and said, "I can't guaranyee your budget. It is very rusty. If I replace one item ( brake lines), it will probably break something else". I believe if we had gone anywhere else, they would have replaced the brake lines knowing we would have to come back for more work later. Nickle & dime us to death. We have never had a problem with any of the work they have done.

The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. They serviced my car quickly and at the price they quoted me. I would definitely recommend them to friends!

EURAUTO repaired the door check on my 2000 BMW 740 several month ago. The door check pair fail again recently and had to be repair again. EURAUTO made the repair under their Warranty program which covered both parts and labor. They honored their Warranty commitment and I was thrilled as it was a costly repair. They have always severed me well and I am a loyal customer. They treat you honestly.

Tim, Dave, and the rest of the crew at Eurauto provide excellent service. I had a diagnosis and quote from a dealer and brought my car in for a second opinion. Within the day they had found one of the two dealer diagnosis’s were correct, completed the repairs, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day saving me time and money. Amazing team and much appreciated!

I been looking around Cincinnati for a good European mechanic for quite a while, and the guys at eurauto have exceeded my expectations every single time. Thanks for servicing my old porches and having it working at is best. I highly recommend their expertise to anyone owning a European car

Best Shop in town honest work and pricing

Excellent service!

I am very impressed with this shop. We're from South Carolina, and had some car troubles on the drive up(I,e. car started grinding and pulling left real bad halfway there), so once we got here we parked it and started calling around. A mechanic who was busy recommended another mechanic, who was also busy, who recommended a few mechanics, Eurato Inc being one of them. We called, explained our plight, and they worked us in. The very next day, they called and had it diagnosed; right cv axel was shot, cv joint was pretty much gone, and there was a bad bearing in one of the belts was bad...not to mention, that same belt was almost shredded off because NTB had bent something into it when they put my oil filter back on. Good grief. They fixed it that day, and sent me on my way. Not until later did I realize that they went ahead and replaced my broken driver door handle with a strip of seatbelt that worked perfect for a handle, and put the door check back in place, both free of charge. All in all, I walked away grinning ear to ear, I was so impressed. I'm not from the area, but if you need a good local mechanic, Eurato is the place to go!
