We have taken all of our cars here for years including BMW, MB, Porsche. Tim and Dave know our names when we walk in. We trust them to give us the straight story with no hype. Unlike Porsche of the Village where I’ve been told twice that I should authorize them to replace possible bent windshield wiper arms when what they really found was just a possible need for new blades.

Our first visit there and we found this is a very accommodating and efficient team! Although the diagnosis on our car wasn’t ideal, the staff gave a very honest and fair assessment to which I’d trust them for future needs. Very pleased with the treatment received and will absolutely return if/when needed.

I needed to have my new used Ford Focus looked at. I wasn’t sure if they even worked on Ford cars, being they are called Eurauto. Dylan and the team didn’t hesitate to have a look. And as usual, they did trustworthy, reliable work. They did a thorough inspection. They found a few problems that were totally in line with what I expected the problems to be myself. They kept me informed, gave me options, did the work I requested, and even found a fourth hubcap for me for one tire that was missing its hubcap. They do great work that is fast. They’re trustworthy. They communicate well to their customers. And they add little touches...like the fourth hubcap...All of these traits of the team at Eurauto keep me going back for all my auto repair needs. Hands down without a doubt the best shop in town.

We went to Eurauto after it was recomnended to us. They are a complete sevice company. They even found replacement mirrors with matching housings for our 10 year old auto after it had been vandalized. They are honest. We were going to fix up an older car and had a $1,000.00 budget for the work. Dave put the car on the rack, examined it and said, "I can't guaranyee your budget. It is very rusty. If I replace one item ( brake lines), it will probably break something else". I believe if we had gone anywhere else, they would have replaced the brake lines knowing we would have to come back for more work later. Nickle & dime us to death. We have never had a problem with any of the work they have done.

EURAUTO repaired the door check on my 2000 BMW 740 several month ago. The door check pair fail again recently and had to be repair again. EURAUTO made the repair under their Warranty program which covered both parts and labor. They honored their Warranty commitment and I was thrilled as it was a costly repair. They have always severed me well and I am a loyal customer. They treat you honestly.
