I brought my daughter's SUV in for a "checkup" before she moves to Colorado. You didn't find any unnecessary repairs just to increase my bill, which is a true sign of an ethical shop. I, as a consumer, appreciate that.

My wife and I were loyal customers of Eurauto 20 years ago when we lived in Cincinnati. Recently, we broke down passing through town. We have a peculiar European vehicle that dealerships don't want anything to do with....not even the dealership that sold it to us more than a few years ago. Out of curiousity, I called Eurauto to see if Tim and Dave were still at it. They were, gave us the name of a reliable tow service, worked us in and improvised a good part of the afternoon to get us back on the road.
